2009 Admissions Handbook

My experience as a Co-op student at the University of Guelph has shown me that there is a great deal I can learn from working in the field.

My degree combined a solid theoretical background with this valuable workplace experience. Through Co-op at Guelph I have explored potential career paths, made industry contacts and completely funded my education with the income from my four Co-op placements.

I expected that the university would help me develop the skills I needed to begin a career in the field of my choice, but I did not expect that I would have such a great time doing it!
